The Westbrook Building was part of the Sundance Square redevelopment, and The Projects Group provided full project management and Owner’s Representation services from programming through construction completion.
The 6-story, 93,000 GSF multi-use building includes five floors of office space above the ground-level retail floor and matches the other historic buildings in the Square.
